GetRef is a site where you earn credits by joining other peoples programs. You can then use these credits to promote your own programs and get referrals. There is also the option of buying credits for 25 cents (20 cents gold) each.

GetRef is a great way to get referrals for your “Get Paid To” sites. I highly recommend this site.

Along with paying credits per referral there is also the option to pay credits per link clicked. This is also a good way to get some extra referrals by linking to your blog.
